Thank you SO MUCH for labeling allergens on your menu! El Super Pan was already a go-to for gluten free dining, but now that the menus have been clearly labeled with milk, wheat, soy, shellfish… I feel safer and more excited than ever to indulge. Plus, to find out how well Chef Hector treats his crew… so happy to support any project he puts up. Delicious food, safe dining, a fun atmosphere, and supporting a living wage and healthcare for workers! Doesn't get better!

I honestly dream of this dish! I dont usually have sundays off but my first thought if I do have the morning off is that I should come to El SuperPan JUST to get this dish! I need this available at anytime so I can show it to more people!

I have never had anything better in my LIFE! I dream about this dish. If you're looking for a new comfort food, this is it. Chef's Mofongo is brilliant, the Roasted Pork is cooked to perfection, and the JUICE from it, oh my gosh. So good, I could drink a glass of it. The cilantro garnish is the cherry on top for me. 10000/10! I would highly recommend this dish to anyone who's never tried Mofongo before, but be advised, you will be hooked.

The smoked tofu is probably my favorite way to eat tofu, I don't know how they do it but its always astounding. I love it with the mofongo too!

I normally get the Mofongo but I was feeling saucy and got the Pan de Atun. Sooooo good. The greens complemented the tuna perfectly and was very fresh. I highly recommend!
