This Thursday, Nov. 15 at our Battery location, we're hosting "Parrillada Del Sur," a three-course dinner inspired by South American Parrillada flavors.
Dine with us and enjoy seasoned and grilled beef, pork, chicken, and sausages, paired with South American wine or beer. The night will end on a sweet note with traditional desserts of flan and alfajores, and tickets can be purchased online.
HORA SOCIAL (6:30pm)
Gather with friends around one of our three bars for Chilean and Argentinean wines, beer, or a South American-inspired drink like Fernet and Coke, Borgona, or Grappamiel while transporting yourself with the sounds of rock Latino (a favorite of the Cono Sur countries like Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay). Our chef will serve a collection of homemade Fiambre meats (AKA charcuterie), cheeses, empanadas, bunuelos de alga, sweetbreads, and other "Southern" flavors!
Sit down for an authentic parrillada experience as our crew delivers cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and sausage alongside slow roasted vegetables seasoned to your preference with chimichurri, salsa criolla, and pebre. Wash that all down with the traditional red wines or beers of South America, such as a nice Malbec or Carmenere.
Finish the night with alfajores and flan!
